1. Agreement

By using Signal Live Radio you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Signal Live Radio is internet radio software. It helps you discover and play publicly available third-party internet radio streams (for example by ZIP, genre, artist, name, or charts). Stream listings are drawn from public directories such as Radio Browser. This version shows those directory results and drops a station when playback fails. It does not pre-check every stream with a live audio probe before showing the list.

• App Factory provides the software only
• We do not operate AM/FM over-the-air transmitters
• We do not own or license station libraries as a music catalog
• We are not a download store, offline music locker, or on-demand service like Spotify
• We do not guarantee that any station remains online, free of advertising, or available in your region

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your region requires a higher digital-consent age). Signal Live Radio is not Designed for Families and is not marketed as a children’s radio product.

4. Accounts

This version does not create an account and does not sync favorites to the cloud. Favorites and settings stay on the device. Clear them from LEGAL in the app, or follow account-deletion.html.

5. Third-party content & streams

Audio, metadata, station names, logos, and programming belong to their respective owners — stations, rights holders, and stream hosts. App Factory claims no ownership over that content.

• Streams are published by third parties on public http(s) endpoints; they may fail, move, geo-restrict, or change format without notice
• You are responsible for complying with local law and any terms that apply to the streams you open
• Do not use Signal Live Radio to scrape, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or commercially redistribute station content beyond personal listening unless you have rights to do so
• A directory listing is not a promise that a station will play, stay online, or be lawful for every use in every place

6. Acceptable use

• Use Signal Live Radio lawfully for personal listening and legitimate discovery of public internet radio
• Do not abuse search or API endpoints, attempt to disrupt service, or reverse engineer for malicious purposes
• Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights or to access private, non-public, or restricted network targets

We may limit access that harms infrastructure, other users, or violates these Terms or law.

7. Purchases

Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold by Google Play: $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Google Play charges the Google account. Cancel anytime in Google Play subscriptions. Premium lets playback continue when you leave the app. Freemium pauses playback until you open Signal Live Radio and press play. Free listening on Android shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen, a full-screen ad on about every second station change, and another about every 10 minutes of listening. A full-screen ad does not play twice within 2 minutes. Premium removes these ads. Station commercials are part of the station stream and are not removed. No account is required. Pins, search, and the sleep timer stay available without Premium.

8. Disclaimers

Signal Live Radio is provided “as is.” Streams may fail, buffer, or change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, App Factory is not liable for stream outages, third-party content, rights claims related to station programming, lost data, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions limit these disclaimers.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and clear on-device data from LEGAL at any time. We may suspend access that abuses the service or violates law.
